As I got changed after a swim in the community pool, an old lady joins me. We hide our bodies from each other. It is a cramped change room and we have to dance back and forth in various states of undress.

She starts conversation:

How was your swim? It’s relaxing isn’t it?

I agree. Yeah, swimming’s good for a bit of exercise and for clearing the mind.
